All payments made on the Berry and Berry Design website are encrypted using secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to Berry and Berry Design employees.
Berry and Berry Design only accepts payment cards and Paypal payments.
You will receive an email to confirm successful payment. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful, please email info@berryandberrydesign.co.uk.
Berry and Berry Design can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday we will endeavour to dispatch your item on the next working day unless otherwise advised. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
All items under £50 will usually be dispatched by courier without signature being required on delivery. Items over £50 with require a signature on delivery.
Within the UK, we endeavour to get your Item(s) to you within 3-5 working days of receipt of order, depending on the product(s) ordered. Prints may be made once an order if confirmed, and therefore may take up to 10 working days to dispatch.
In the case of errors or omissions on the website, Berry and Berry Design reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being despatched. Berry and Berry Design reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of Berry and Berry Design products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.
Prices are quoted in UK Sterling. Local import duties may be payable by overseas recipients on receipt of their order.
Currently Berry and Berry Design Ltd is not VAT registered, we are therefore unable to provide VAT invoices.
It is not possible to place an order for an out of stock product or pre-order new lines. You can however express your interest in an item that is not available by emailing info@berryandberry.co.uk.
If you would like to amend your order, please email info@berryandberrydesign.co.uk as soon as possible. Please note that once an order has been processed Berry and Berry Design are unable to cancel or amend it.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be the original packaging. Perishable goods cannot be returned. Defective or damaged items will either be replaced, refunded or partially refunded following evaluation by Berry and Berry Design. Returns are only accepted for items purchased online directly from Berry and Berry Design.
Please contact us at info@berryandberrydesign.co.uk outlining your reason for wanting to return an item. Repackage your item wherever possible in the original packaging and enclose a copy of your email from us.
To return your product, you should send it to: Returns, Berry and Berry Design, 15c Beauchamp Road, London SW11 1PG. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When Berry and Berry Design receive your return, we will aim to confirm receipt and process it within 7 working days. If, having inspected the item, a refund is approved, a credit will be processed via your original method of payment.
For international returns, Berry and Berry Design will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty".
If you have any enquiries about your return once it has been posted, email info@berryandberrydesign.co.uk. Please include the date the item was posted, the address it was sent back to, the name it was sent under and the item’s tracking number (if applicable).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item please email us at info@berryandberrydesign.co.uk.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
